Maritime Law

It is a subtitle of international law that deals with the problems that may arise in the case of the use of sea and ocean waters.

The seas are used not only for transportation but also economically in other areas such as Fishing and Mining.

The law of the sea comes into play in the determination of the continental shelf of the countries and the determination of the water areas where they have the right of exclusive sovereignty and regulation and in the legal processes that specify the rules of that region. It is a set of rules and disciplines that puts a certain pattern for states to benefit from the maritime regions that have gained inter-country status within the rules. The implementation of the rules and laws of the intercountry includes other countries and states parties. In today’s world, it is seen that all countries and states obey these laws and rules.
